breathwork

The day I discovered the power of conscious, connected breathing, everything began to change.

For me, breathwork is much more than a meditative practice. I believe it is a doorway back to ourselves. A way to release what’s heavy, connect with what’s true, and step into our own self-mastery.

WHAT IS CEREMONIAL BREATHWORK?

Ceremonial Breathwork is a sacred and intentional practice that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself exactly where you are. Through guided, conscious connected breathing, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you, opening room for emotional healing, energetic renewal, and mental clarity.

Your breath is so much more than oxygen — it’s your life force energy.

BREATHWORK CAN HELP US TO:

  • Release Emotional Weight: Let long-held feelings gently rise and move through you, creating space for deep healing, renewal, and a lighter heart.

  • Clear Energetic Channels: Melt away negative, stagnant, or suppressed energies and restore your body’s natural flow, rhythm, and sense of harmony.

  • Awaken Inner Guidance: Strengthen your connection to God, your intuition, and the quiet wisdom of your higher self.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Every breathwork journey is unique. Whether you’re here to release emotional heaviness, find clarity in a life transition, or simply return home to yourself — my role is to create a safe and supportive space for your individual process.

  • Preparation: We begin by opening a ceremonial space for your practice. I’ll start with a prayer or blessing, and together we’ll set a clear intention for your journey. From there, I’ll guide you through gentle grounding exercises to prepare you for breathwork. Each session is accompanied by intentionally curated music to support and deepen your process.

  • The Breathwork Journey: Using the conscious connected breathing technique, I’ll guide you into a meditative state where emotional release, energetic clearing, and inner healing can unfold. You’ll be encouraged to trust your own rhythm and allow whatever arises to be part of your process, as I keep you accountable to breathing deeply.

  • Integration: After about 60 minutes of breathing, we’ll gently transition into grounding and soft meditation before closing the ceremony. You’ll then have space to reflect and share, anchoring your insights so you leave feeling centered, uplifted, and light in spirit.

To get the most out of your breathwork journey, I recommend creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and free to express yourself.

    Before your session:

  • Find privacy: I recommend to be alone in a space where you won’t be interrupted, and where you feel safe to express yourself (including making sound or moving your body).

  • Set up your space: A yoga mat on the floor works best (no pillow under the head is ideal for breathwork). Have a blanket nearby if you like - temperature fluctuation is normal.

  • Bring your tools: A glass of water, your favorite essential oils, an eye mask to help you drop deeper, and chapstick for comfort.

  • Prepare your body: Use the restroom beforehand. Arrive well-hydrated, and avoid being too hungry or too full (like right after eating).

  • Give yourself room to move: Make sure you have space to stretch, shift, or move freely during the session.

    What to expect:

Deep breathing can bring up a range of physical sensations — tingling or cramping in the hands (tetany), waves of heat or coolness, lightheadedness, dizziness, or a feeling of a natural “high.” You may also notice emotions surfacing or old memories arising. This is all part of your body’s intelligent process of release and recalibration.

Remember: your breath is in your hands. You are always in control of your pace and depth, and I will be right there to support you through any resistance or physical expressions of trauma that may arise. Trust your body’s wisdom, and know that there’s no need to push harder than what feels safe for you.

    Important:

If you have a heart condition or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before participating in long-form breathwork.

For best results, I suggest practicing long-form breathwork once or twice a month; or anytime you feel called to clear stagnant energy, release emotions, and reconnect with yourself.

WHY ME?

Put simply: I am here to hold space for your healing. For over five years, I’ve led others through transformational breathwork journeys; and two years ago I became certified in trauma-informed facilitation through Holumina Breathwork by Victoria Bauman. The approach is grounded yet heart-led, honoring your pace, your power, and your process.

In our time together, my role isn’t to “fix” or analyze you. It’s to help you gently peel back the layers, releasing what’s ready to go, and creating space for the embodied truth and wisdom that are already within you.

Whether this is your first breathwork journey or your hundredth, I’ll meet you where you are — with warmth, gentleness, and intention. These sessions are a soft place to land, where you can rest into yourself and let your body and breath reveal the wholeness that has always been yours. This is about cultivating more self-love, self-trust, and deep self-knowing.
